A request is not a reservation. Availability is updated by hand and confirmed by phone, so nothing is held until the desk reaches you.
Use the booking request form on this page. Tell us the city, pickup point, date and how long you need the bike. One form per bike keeps the list readable.
We phone the number you gave us, usually within opening hours, and confirm whether the frame size you asked for is at that point. If it is not, we offer the nearest alternative or another pickup point.
At the desk you record the bike's condition with staff, sign the rental agreement and pay the rental plus the refundable UAH 1,500 deposit per bike. The fees and deposit page lists late return, lost key and lost lock rates before you commit.
Bring a photo ID to the handover. Optional accessories such as a helmet or pannier are added at pickup and depend on what is in stock that day.

Write, call or visit the Kyiv office. Booking requests sent through the booking form are confirmed by phone, so keep the number you enter reachable during desk hours.
